Data we collect

We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide through our early access forms: email address and, optionally, your professional profile.

Purpose of processing

Your data is used to manage your spot in CostPact's early access program, notify you of product availability and send you relevant product updates, and — if you subscribe to the service — to manage the contractual relationship, billing and support. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except for providers required to deliver the service (e.g., payment gateway) and legal obligations.

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your express consent, given by submitting the form, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data retention

We will retain your data as long as you maintain your spot on the early access list or until you request its deletion, and in any case for the legally required retention periods.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by writing to hola@costpact.io. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (aepd.es).
